Balicasag is a small island a few miles (about a half hour boat ride) from Bohol that is completely surrounded by coral reef.
Colorful fish, star fish, sponges, all of the colorful sea creatures and plant life that you can imagine were everywhere... The water was perfectly clear at least 20 feet down.
You can actually tell from looking at the beach that this is a good dive spot from the amount of coral on the beach.
