Large 8 year old condo with eat in kitchen, family room, living room, study, 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. The townhouse is furnished except for your bedroom. I am open to multiple roommates if you want to share.
Your bedroom is 15' x 16' with a walk in closet and private bathroom. The bedroom is wired for phone and cable TV and has its own priovate bathroom. Other amenities are:

Because I own the condo, I can be flexible with your length of stay. I am a middle aged man but I have a 15 year old daughter who stays with me one night a week so for her sake I prefer a female roommate. I can provide plenty of references as to my character if that is necessary and I can probably connect you with my previous roommate if you would like.
